- Company Information: Organization name, domain, administrator contacts (for company/volume licenses)
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- License Validation Data: Machine identifiers, operating system information, application version, license key, IP address, activation timestamps
- Web Server Logs: IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, access times (standard server logs for our websites and portals)
- Web Feature Data: When using internet-based product features (tunnels, remote control, etc.), session data is transmitted through our infrastructure in real-time and is not stored beyond the active session
2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
- Usage analytics or feature tracking telemetry from desktop applications
- Screen content, presentations, documents, or media you work with
- Keystroke or input data
- Audio, video, or camera data
- Browsing history outside our websites
- Precise GPS location data
